Astrantia Star Of Love

Astrantia ‘Star of Love’ is one of the most intensely coloured astrantias, producing a froth of deep reddish-pink blooms, held on dark purple stems above a clump of attractive, deeply divided, palm-shaped foliage. The pincushion flowers are loved by pollinators and make great cut flowers. Low-maintenance and happy in full sun to almost full shade, this hardy perennial makes a beautiful and elegant addition to cottage gardens, mixed borders or woodland-style planting.
